Dear City Council;
Please preserve the
character of
For over 40
years Island Estates has been a Residential and Shopping Community, not a
tourist destination. I urge you
to keep it
that way.
Our
commercial district with its grocery store, banks, restaurants and other small
businesses are a major part of
our quality
of life.
Changing
the density for hotel rooms and allowing the construction of hotels up to113
feet high with hundreds of rooms will destroy what the residents have worked so
hard
to preserve
and enjoy.
